How to put your Alarm system on Test Mode (No Action) / Check Logs KB38556


* Your Passphrase was created when you signed the alarm contract. Please contact us at 718-360-9191 if you lost your passphrase


Option 1: Call Central Station

Call the Central Station at 1-800-932-3822. Provide them your Account number, or Address. Have your Passphrase ready, as they will need it to verify your account. Once your account is verified central station can put the system in test and provide you with system logs.


Option 2: The my security account website

The username will be your account number, and the password will be your Passphrase


History logs will display as soon as you log in

Click the Quick no action button at the top left to put the system in test mode
