How to Run an Abandoned call report in Poltys CCView (Panasonic PBX)

Login

Open a browser and go to https://ccview.poltys.com/

Choose your Product Instance

Click Scheduler

Click Add task at the Bottom Right

Set the Report Name, Template and Start Date

1. Give the Report a name
2. Change the Template to Detailed Call Log
3. Format Excel
4. User Data from Log
5. Email Address to send the report to
6. Set Recurrence

Set Filters

Start Date

Type Incoming

Status Abandoned

Press Preview to View the report & OK to Save
