Generating A Report


1. Login to your 3CX Management Console



2. Go to Reports Section




3. Click "Add" to add a new report



4. Clicking the "Add" button will redirect you to a new page, from here you can select the options on what info you need to show in the report:


a. Type

b. Name (file name of the report)

c. Format

d. E-mail (where to send the report)

e. Frequency

f. Range

g. From (call source)

h. To (call destination)

i. Filter (answered and unanswered calls)

j. Duration



You can view all the reports generated within the Reports main dashboard:



Generate a Report for Abandoned Calls


1. Go to "Type" and select "Abandoned Queue Calls" in the dropdown.



2. Fill in the input boxes with the settings you prefer. You may also exclude calls dropped before a set time by choosing the radio button and adding amount in seconds.




3. Click on "+Add Queues" and select the appropriate Call Queue Group that you want to show the abandoned call logs.




4. After adding the queue group, you can now save the report by clicking on the "Schedule Report" button on top. It will generate the report and send it to your email using the format you specified in the "Format" input box.
