  • Log into the Web Maintenance Console using a browser:
  • Go to UM Configuration 1.1 (See Image Below)(UM Configuration -> Mailbox Settings -> Quick Settings)
  • Edit Mailbox Name:
  • Edit Mailbox Settings & Reset Password:
  • Add a voicemail Box:

Log into the Web Maintenance Console using a browser:

Go to UM Configuration 1.1 (See Image Below)
(UM Configuration -> Mailbox Settings -> Quick Settings)

Edit Mailbox Name:

From here you can change the First and Last Name

Edit Mailbox Settings & Reset Password:

Click the Edit Button at the Bottom (Pencil Icon)

Add a voicemail Box:

Click the + sign at the Bottom. Voicemail box and Extension number should be the same
