Add / Remove Cardholder


1. To add a cardholder. Click the cardholders tab, and then click the add button on the right side of the page.



2. Enter the user's first and last name, facility code in the first digits, and card numbers next, and then select the cardholder's access level below, then click save on the top right. (Note: Start date will always be the day that you create the card holder.)



4. To remove a cardholder, go to the cardholders tab, search for the user that you want to remove, and then click on the trash bin icon and confirm to remove.


Assign Access Levels


1. To assign an access level, first choose a user to whom you want to assign the access level, then scroll to the Access level and click on the drop list and click save.





Create Schedules


1. First, click on schedules on the top, then enter the schedule name and time, (time is military format). Then select the days of the week for the schedule.



Check Logs


1. Click on events on the right hand side, this only keeps up from the time that you are logged in.



How to manually unlock or lock the doors


1. From the home page, you should see the quick actions below. Click on the unlock button to manually unlock a door. To lock it, just click on lock to lock the door.
