How to create a custom report.


1.  Sign in to the Motorola Access control manager using the IP address of the Server, and Enter the username and password



3. Click on reports, and then select transaction report.

4. From there, click on the magnifying glass located at the lower left corner of the page, 





From there, you may tweak it by selecting the green plus symbol on the right side of the screen to add a few more settings. 

6. Choose the door first, and then add an Event Type, then choose Valid Credential. 
7. Next, add the panel date range. In this case, we need to enter 30, since we want the report to cover the previous 30 days.
8. You may then choose to search by first, last, or full name. For the purposes of this article, we'll choose the last name,After selecting "begins with," type the last name's initial letter. Alternatively, you can enter the last name. Click "Search" after that. 

 9. When you are satisfied with the report, type the name of the custom report in the box provided, and then click Create Custom Report.

10. By selecting the custom reports tab, you may view the recently prepared custom report.


11. By clicking the icons as portrayed in the screenshot, you can also download the report as a spreadsheet or PDF.
