1. We need Email address of the User

Ex. [email protected]

2. Create a Unifi Account.
Go to https://account.ui.com/register

Note the Username/Email & Password you created




3. the new user should receive the following Email from Unifi. the user should click "Verify You Email Address"


4.  Afterwards, the user should be able to log-in to Unifi Site: https://account.ui.com/login?innerRedirect=%2F

5. The Administrator should go to the Unifi Account to where the user would want to access:
Go to OS Settings > Admin & Users


6.  Click "+"
Add the Email address of the new User



6. The User should receive an email Invitation to Access the system as folows:



7. Click "AcceptInvitation"
Then Log-in back.
