Instructions for Mobile App:

1. Please download the Guard Viewer  App on your mobile device


Open the app and click on the top right Globe Icon


Choose Manual Add

Click on the + icon on the TOP RIGHT







2. Type in your Credentials



Name: (Any Preferred Name)
Add By: IP/Domain

Address: 1

Port: 

Username:
Password: 

Streaming Protocol: Default
Live View: Low
Playback: Low

Click on SAVE on the TOP RIGHT
Once you save it it should show you the live view

If you want to do a playback just click on the playback, choose for the camera, date and time





Instructions for Web Viewer:

Open Microsoft Edge and Run the Edge on Internet Explorer. Copy and Past the weblink.

Once you logged in, you can switch view on the bottom left on how many cameras you can view at the same time.


Click on Play button on the lower left so you can start your Live View.



For Playbacks, click on the PLAYBACK Tab.


Same with the Mobile App, you can choose for the camera, date and time to review a footage,

You can scroll the TIMELINE BAR on the Bottom part so you can go to a specific time you want to review.
