You can follow the instructions below to view your cameras on your mobile device.

First we need to create a DW CLOUD Account.

How to Create a DW Cloud / Spectrum Cloud Account

1. Go to the DW Cloud website:

https://dwspectrum.digital-watchdog.com/

2. Click “CREATE ACCOUNT.”

3. Enter your information and submit the form.
   You will receive an email verification link.

4. Open your email and click the activation link to activate your DW Cloud account.



Adding Your DW Spectrum System to DW Cloud

Once your DW Cloud account is activated, you must link your DW Spectrum Server to that account.

1. Open DW Spectrum on the server

On the DW Server computer, launch the DW Spectrum Client.

2. Open System Administration

Click the three lines (menu icon) in the top-left corner.

Select “System Administration.”





3. Go to the DW Cloud Tab

In the System Administration window, click the “DW Cloud” tab.

Then click “Connect System to DW Cloud.”

Log in using the DW Cloud credentials you just created.

DW Spectrum will then prompt you for the local server credentials.


Use the following credentials:

username: admin
password: ************

4. Confirmation

Once the system is successfully linked, you will see a pop-up message confirming:

“System successfully added to DW Cloud.”

Viewing Cameras on Your Phone Using the DW Spectrum Mobile App

After you created your DW Cloud account and add your DW Spectrum System to that account, you can now view your cameras on your mobile device.

1. Download the DW Spectrum Mobile App

For Android:

2. Open the DW Spectrum Mobile App

Once the app finishes installing, open it on your phone.

You will be prompted to log in.

3. Sign in With Your DW Cloud Account

Enter the DW Cloud email and password you created earlier.

This is the same account you used when adding the system on the DW Spectrum Client.



After logging in, the app will automatically show a list of systems connected to your DW Cloud account.

You should see the DW Server that you added earlier.

Tap on the system name. A list of cameras will appear you can select any camera to start live viewing

You can also swipe between cameras, zoom, and view playback
